Terms of Service

Membership

By signing up for a Bucktown Golf Club membership, you agree to pay the monthly membership fee as displayed at the time of registration. Membership is billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Membership is limited by capacity. If the club is at capacity, prospective members will be placed on a waitlist and notified when a spot becomes available.

Booking & Cancellation

Members may book one bay session per day. Standard practice sessions are 60 minutes. Ninety-minute sessions are reserved for active seasonal league participants. Members may cancel a booking at any time before its start time without penalty; a cancellation at or after the start time is treated as a no-show.

Guest bookings, when enabled, are billed hourly through Stripe and must be cancelled within the guest cancellation window (currently 2 hours before start time) to be eligible for a refund. Refunds for eligible guest cancellations are reviewed and processed manually by the club rather than automatically at checkout.

No-shows and late cancellations are tracked. Repeated occurrences may result in booking restrictions at the club's discretion.

Waiver

All members and guests must sign a liability waiver before using the facilities. If the waiver is updated, members will be asked to re-sign before their next booking.

Facility Rules

• Treat all equipment, simulators, and facilities with care
• Follow posted safety guidelines in all bay areas
• Respect fellow members, staff, and the space
• No behavior that endangers others or damages property

Violations may result in suspension or termination of membership at the club's discretion.

Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize recurring charges for your membership plan or one-time guest booking charges, as applicable. Failed payments may result in restricted access until the balance is resolved.

Limitation of Liability

Bucktown Golf Club is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss except where caused by gross negligence on the part of the club. Members participate in all activities at their own risk, as acknowledged in the signed waiver.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Members will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the club constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
